Gut Rumbles

What good is taking taking pictures of dead bodies going to do anyone? BEJUS! Our "mainstream media" is becoming more like The National Enquirer every day.

On Thursday, Honore said the media would be allowed ``zero access'' to recovery efforts. But on Sunday, he said reporters and photographers have ``total access'' to the area.

``I can't swing a dead cat without hitting a reporter,'' Honore said.

He said his concern had been that news media would report deaths before family members had been notified. Reporters also were denied a seat on rescue craft because of concerns for overcrowding, he said.

If Honore swings a dead cat, CNN probably wants film of that, too.

Fucking ghouls.

CNN is lower than the National Enquirer ever was. They couldn't reach up to the level of any of the super market tabloids, and they would have to reach up. They are out and out communist. Sorry state of the news in this country .

Funny that you mention this today, of all days. Remeber how the MSM didn't want to show the horror of people leaping from the upper floors of the WTC because it would be too shocking for our plebian sensibilities? Wonder what's made them change their tune. Perhaps a bunch of dead, bloated rednecks and black folks aren't quite the same as a bunch of dead, white, monied white-collar types.

They Should show the dead ones so that America knows how ALL the agencies failed.

Instead of pictures of dead bodies, why don't they take more pictures of people being disarmed by the police?

Come on, everyone knows that we need to show the dead bodies so the people can blame Bush, but we can't show WTC bodies because it would make him look good because he did something about it.

Honere' is the John Wayne dude.

But Rob, don't you understand? The blood of New Orleans is on Republican hands!!! If the media doesn't show the bodies, then they just prove they're the tool of the vast Reich-Wing Conspiracy!

Of course, CNN declined to show video or stills of the people who jumped from the World Trade Center because they didn't want to inflame public opinion.

But that doesn't make them the tool of the Vast Left-Wing Conspiracy.

If anything good has come out of this disaster, it's watching Gen. Honore treat journalists like the emotional and intellectual retards that they are. I get the impression that if he could pimp-slap most of them upside the head and get away with it, he would.

YOU'RE DAMN RIGHT HE WOULD! Hell if I could get close enough to any one of those retarded pimp-assed sons of bitches, I'd do more than bitch-slap em.

The funny thing is when the liberals all hide behind that bullshit line about "people have the right to know." It's a tired line. Makes about as much sense as Ted Kennedy questioning Judge Roberts in the hearings. Something about the pot and the kettle... Of course, Acidman was way too nice to CNN. I went a bit overboard!
