is he guilty?

I do not know if Michael Jackson is just a celebrety freak, or a celebrety freak who molests children. That question is for a jury to decide, but he ain't helping his case much with this shit.

Personally, I think he's the kind of bent bastard who WOULD molest children, but the family going after him isn't exactly corn-fed and wholesome. I smell a rat in the mash. I'm glad that I am NOT serving on that jury.

Is Michael guilty, or not? What do YOU think, if you bother to think about it at all?

Comments

I'll admit that I used to listen to him when he was part of The Jackson 5 and some of his first solo songs, but now it creeps me out to even look at his picture since he's turned white and female! JUST DAMN!!! I would be very surprised if he DID NOT molest those children. His Neverland Estate is a giant lure to unsuspecting families. Who knows how many children have been there!

Any time I see his picture on the news, I have to turn the channel. I cannot even hear his name without getting the chills.

I'd rather eat a shit sandwich than hear anything more about that sick idiot.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if he has molested children. However, I'm not at all sure that he molested this kid. I'm very suspicious of the kid's mother. I think she's a gold-digger, and if Jackson did molest her son, I think she enabled it (if not actively encouraged it). I really think that woman wanted a $10 million settlement out of Jackson or, if Jackson wouldn't pay her off, she was hoping to sell the story. I'd be willing to bet the mother has an agent, and is just waiting for the gag order to lift so that she can sell her and her kid's story.

Now this is a tough call. How many times now has he ben brought before a jury and not been found guilty. Money, especially when someone has lots, has a wonderful smell to it when you have little!

I'd say he's (it?) a certifiable freak, and I don't even want to contemplate what kind of cross-wiring of his brain lead to his current career as a plastic surgeon's practice dummy, but I wouldn't say that someone being strange automatically makes them a child molester.

He's been tried and acquitted several times on similar charges, as I recall, and each time coughed up a wad of cash to the "victim". That kind of thing tends to get the attention of the gold diggers, and in this instance, I think it's probably more of a case of gold mining the guy than a legitimate assault on a kid.

I suppose we'll see, again, what the jury thinks.

Whether or not anyone commits a crime has little or nothing to do with whether they will eventually be convicted of a crime. Our legal justice system operates somewhat independently of the facts in any given case.

As to Michael's chances for conviction, I give you OJ Simpson and whatshisname last week who was found not guilty of killing his wife. Do you honestly think Jackson will be found guilty of anything?

I prefer my SNL take on this weirdo...at least it was worth a laugh. Ya'll just pissed readers off with this "poor me" story!

Posted by: Maggie on March 21, 2005 05:19 PM

I couldn't give a rat's ass either way.

And I don't give a rat's ass about Jen and Ben and Brad and Angelina and whoever the fuck else is the "hot" celeb of the day. I wish they would all move to some shithole in Africa and live their mutually-masturabatory and self-fellating egotisitical lives together in harmony.

The Academy Awards? I POOP ON YOU!!!!

The court ordered psychological profile said he had the emotional maturity of a 10-year old. Damaged goods I'd say. But, he's got a year or two on you Acidman.

Don't care if I ever hear of the nutcase again.

It's a case of even if he is innocent, he's still one seriously screwed-up human.

Posted by: Mark on March 21, 2005 06:00 PM

If nothing else, it's an open and shut case of Felony Stupidity. If you have a reputation for having "problems" with young boys, you STAY AWAY FROM YOUNG BOYS.

He was begging for some kind of trouble, and got it. I don't feel a bit sorry for him, even if he's innocent.

Posted by: John Stephens on March 21, 2005 07:13 PM

Looks like the actual court / public procedures of the trial may do him in anyway. The fella's falling apart? Or is this all a ruse?

Posted by: Colorado Joe on March 21, 2005 07:56 PM

"Rat in the mash," indeed.

As freaky as Michael Jackson is, as disconnected from normal human existence as he is, I think the single most damning piece of evidence against him is the huge "hush money" settlement he paid out a few years back. You do not cough up $20 mil unless there is some pony under all that shit.

But that doesn't mean the boys involved - and their families - aren't also lying sacks o' shit.

Money - it may not be the root of all evil, but it's way ahead of whatever's in second place!

Is he a child molester? Hell yes! Is he a sick, deviant asshole that gets his jollies molesting kids? Probably not. In his mind he's probably 9 or 10 years old and having a sleep-over with his buddies. In reality he's an adult male playing, "Whose pee-pee is bigger?" with prepubescent boys.

To my mind there's a difference between these two types of deviants. One of them knows it's wrong but does it anyway because he gets his rocks off. The other thinks it's all just innocent fun and doesn't look at it as sexual in any way. Michael needs help much more so than prison time.

I don't know if the freak's guilty or not. I don't care. His wierd-ass dressing up, playing like a mid 18th century fop, hardwired make-up along with his fucked up antics are, rightly or wrongly, going to make him some huge con's bitch.

He's running out of money, owes millions he can't pay and won't be able to buy his sorry ass out of jail. He put himself in this mess, all by his weird-ass self, and I don't think he's gonna get out of it. He'd better hide a few bucks for cigarettes and butt lube, he's gonna need it.

Desperately.

Fuck 'im.

If he ain't guilty, he should be. He's guilty of somethin. Hang the bastard. Strange fruit, indeed.

Posted by: Bane on March 21, 2005 10:12 PM

My guess is, he's probably innocent. But in today's society, you're guilty until proven innocent.....and he has the public against him.

He is definitely a messed up person, but so is the family of the accuser. What parent in their right mind would allow their child to stay alone at Neverland? And it is well known that the family has tried similar shenanigans to get money out of other celebrities.

It's a sad case for everyone involved.

Posted by: Dogsdontpurr on March 21, 2005 10:18 PM

You "think" he's guilty??????
Get a rope.

Posted by: BJK on March 21, 2005 10:28 PM

Yes Mikey is a freak and I think he did it but I agree with an earlier comment, he doesn't know any better. The person that should be held accountable is that no good for nothing lazy freaky bastard of a dad. He's exploited everyone one of his kids so he could live the good life. There's the sick fuck that needs a smack in the mouth.

I heard someone on the radio this morning comparing Jackson to Hugh Hefner and Neverland to the Playboy Mansion. Both men enjoy their guests partially clothed, running about in pajamas and getting on "rides". What Hef does makes the rest of us jealous. What the Gloved One does makes me want to vomit then get a group of vigilantes together with some torches and a rope.

The unfortunate reality is that either Jackson is a child rapist and deserves to have his own balls served to him for breakfast or he is the victim of a well orchestrated smear tactic and campaign to extort money. The family of 'Gavin' seem to be all dirtbags, yet this isn't the first time allegations of this nature have been levelled against Mr. Jackson.

I say this: he is guilty. If the trial goes poorly for him, we will either see him off himself (which would be acceptable) or he will leave the country and take the entire Beatles song library with him (which would be unacceptable). I hope the sheriff is paying attention.

Innocent until proven guilty my ass. He ACTS guilty.
Jackson needs to be thrown in lockup for contempt for 24 hours. Maybe then he would see this is serious.

Posted by: Nancy on March 22, 2005 03:56 PM

Micheal Jackson didn't molest those children,
he made love to them.

Posted by: Eric on March 23, 2005 12:01 AM

I used to like some of that '80's Thrilla shit he sang. But heard the song "Pretty Young Thang" on the radio recently and wanted to vomit. Fuckin' creepy. What perv needs to walk around a playground with a pocket full of candy when he's got his own AMUSEMENT PARK? His long time bud, Corey Feldman turned on him recently. Said Michael used to show him porn and talk about sex. I don't know if that's all they did. He seemed to hint at the fact that he's repressed alot of the memories. Either way....shoot him. And his wierd assed "character witnesses" too. (somebody should have shot Liz Taylor a long time ago. Why couldn't she have married Robert Blake or William Shatner or Robert Wagner....or, O.J.?

Posted by: Donger on March 23, 2005 02:24 PM

Yeah they did...and they all got away with it too. Hell, Willy Shat and Robby Wag didn't even get charged with it. "I don't know....sh sh she just fuckin' drowned, man!"
