me, too

I've written about the importance of naming your children well before. Evidently, I'm not the only one who wonders about how some parents name their children.

WARPED

Overheard at Lake Siskyou yesterday. Parent to kids in water: "Oswald, Ruby, come here." OK, Ruby is a nice name, if retro. Oswald even stands alone, tho stuffily. Together, ya gotta wonder. One kid named after President Kennedy's killer, the other after the killer's killer. What's up with that?

Comments

Ruby is OK, as long as she doesn't take her love to town.

If their third kid was named "C.T." (short for conspiracy theory) then you would be on to something. Or perhaps Warren?

If the third child is named Grassy or Knoll I'm going to shit my pants. Actually, that may have already occurred.

If their next one is named Oliver Stone, it's obviously a consipiracy.

Meanrock Destructotron is taken isn't it?

I'll call my first kid "cyborg justice"

How do you like them apples?

Well, you know there's gotta be some left-wing moonbat out there that had triplet boys, and named them William, Jefferson & Clinton.

I think if I have a son, I'll name my boy Sue. Unfortunately in this day & age, instead of growing up mean and whipping me in the mud, the blood, and the beer, he'll just.... sue.

My neighbor has two daughters. The oldest is Madelene and the new born is Harriette.

Now, they call the oldest Maddie, and yep, the youngest Harrie.

I often wonder if it was intentional.

Hmm...
Sirhan Kennedy? Abraham Booth? Or should that be John Wilkes Linclon? Hey, looks like a new game!
