Gut Rumbles

May 05, 2006

I shamelessly stole this video from this guy because I'm all into sharing. Watch it TWICE and see if you don't feel an involuntary puckering of your anus both times.

Bejus! That's what some people do when they try to drive while yapping on a cell phone...

(By the way... you also can find some crap-blogging there, including an idea whose time HAS NOT come. I hope.)

Saw it yesterday. That kid on the bike is one lucky kid and EVERYBODY in that intersection oughta run out and plunk a few bucks down on the lottery. NOW!

Unbelievable. If not for the Blazer slamming on its brakes and the pedestrians' reactions I wouldn't believe it was real.

If that car had another coat of paint, it would have been hit...

That's just plain *crazy*...

Looks pretty fake to me. They got a friend (in the black SUV) to slam on the brakes as he went through the intersection, then superimposed the video of the other car going through the other direction (probably taken a few minutes later as the other light was green).

First off, there is no room between the SUV and the white car, unless the car cutting across is a 2-dimensional cardboard cut-out. Second, watch the darkness (a braking mark?) made by the crossing car... a long black mark that is erased by the SUV passing over it -- an artifact of putting the two images together.

The pedestrians are probably reacting to the SUV suddenly braking hard (and squealing tires) for no apparent reason.

I don't believe it. A decent fake, but not enough room between cars to be possible. In those positions, the crossing car would have t-boned the white car, not passed behind it.
