quote of the day

I'm not certain what this means:

"...we embrace the goal of moving beyond civilization and will not settle for reform on any level."

That idea set my mind reeling. Just how the hell do you move "beyond civilization?" Go back to living in a cave?

You can read more of this dumbass blather here, if you have the stomach for it.

Sound like plain 'ol anarchy, to me. Maybe with some fancier names or titles, but still anarchy.

Thanks Rob, that was interesting.
Yes, anarchy! However, remember that anarchy is by definition a transitional state. Much like those bubbles that come in a little pink plastic bottle. They float on the wind and shine with the colors of the rainbow until they burst. What comes then is Hitler, Stalin, or just Big Brother with the Ministry of Truth.

Can't remember the exact quote, but it described a cycle that happens in societies/government:

Democracy, to Federalism, to Bureaucracy, to Oligarchies controlling the embedded Bureaucracies, to Dictatorship, to Revolution, then Anarchy and the cycle repeats.

We've been in the Bureaucracy state for quite some time, and the Supreme Court is taking it's power to the extreme as being the "End all Say all for Everything" (Oligarchy).
What's next?

2 sentences into that, I had to go to the hospital and have my stomach removed.
Now the ribs I just grilled have no where to go.
