it must be true

Shit like this is what makes me wonder about people today. It's like the "expert" commenters who quote CBS news as fact. I quit believing anything CBS news had to say in 1968 when I watched sweet grandaddy Walter Cronkite lie through his teeth to the country about the Vietnam war. But some people just never wake up.

What's this I hear about your daughter got murdered? Or murdered somebody? What's up with taht?

What, "Grandmaw?" You pulled your head out of the liquor bottle and woke up long enough to THINK you read something? And it was a story about my daughter being murdered or... maybe her murdering somebody else? Forget those insignificant details. YOU read it (or imagined that you did) on the internet, so it must be true.

And you want to know "what's up with taht" now?

Go back to sleep, asshole.

I figured this ordeal would attract trolls.

If I've murdered someone Grandmaw, you better watch out because I'm still walking the streets!!!

I'm very free and very much alive.

CBS 60 minutes aired secretly recorded telephone conversations of an army recruiter with a Colorado high school student.

the recruiter told the student how to lie, cheat and deceive to get a phony high school diploma. How to get a phony GED certificate and where to get a 'kit' that would allow him to fake a drug test.

The issue is whether this is legal conduct on the part of the recruiter. That CBS reported the story is not the issue.

I'm not surprised you don't see the distinction, and I'm not surprised that you pretend outrage at those lying bastarts CBS.

You and your behavior is beneath contempt. It's what's wrong with America.

Go to Costa Rica. Get away from here. You're not worthy of America.

I see CBS twisting the news the way it's always done. I KNOW some military recruiters who don't play that shit. I also know that if CBS could find ONE, they'll tar everybody with the same brush.

Whoopie, you are one naive asshole. And YOU are not worthy of being free. You are too easily led.

I, too, am glad to see Sam. I don't know shit about anything except what she wrote over on her place. And, it was pretty clear she didn't want a bunch of questions..gee.

I love the quote she has on her first page...that's how I want to go out..chocolate in one hand and champagne in another.

My condolences to Sam and her family for what they have had to endure.
