they got him

This didn't take long, just as I predicted. But I was wrong about the cowardly sack 'o shit being taken alive. I thought he would either kill himself or commit Suicide By Cop.

He did neither one. Sorry bastard.

I can just hear all the bleating and whining for "smart gun" technology and all the rest. The ones doing the bleating will totally ignore what could have been done by an armed populace to stop this clown before it went as far as it did.

He was facing life for aggravated rape.

I don't know what the status of the death penalty is these days, or what it will be ten years from now, but I suspect he just killed three people for free. Just had fun doing it. Why not? Ain't goin' to make his sentence any worse. He might have gotten away. Might have gotten laid one more time. He had nothing to lose by killing three people and everything to gain. Odds are these weren't the first people he killed.

Now we know why felons tend to vote Democratic.

In Georgia we not only have the death penalty, we apply it. Nothing short of another SCOTUS brain fart is going to change that.

And the feds do it too, come to think of it. This bird murdered a Customs agent, which means the feds get first crack at him.

One way or another, he's gonna be strapped down and stuck with the needle.

Speaking of the death penalty, wouldn't it be nice if murderers were put to death the same way their victims died?

So, a strangler gets strangled, a shooter gets shoot the same way (in the gut maybe and left to die slowly), and so on.

I would love seeing a rapistt/murderer get raped by a specially trained chimpanzee. Then, if he were still alive after the rape, he could be killed the same why he killed his victim. But, I am dreaming, of course.
