gag me

Just go read this. When you give people something for nothing, they never appreciate any of it.

You want to know who are the REAL SLAVES of today? Anybody who works. You're a slave to the federal government.

This just ain't right.

If you go to Snopes, the doctor who allegedly wrote this hasn't been to the area for 10 years. It was traced back to an immigrant from Syria, who stands by his story. Do a quick google with his name in quotes and you'll come up with a lot of truthful stories from volunteers who said the experience was wonderful and the refugees very appreciative and helpful.

Thanks Oda Mae. I went to snopes. The greatest loss in this mess is the Truth. Rob and Catfish need to do some fact checking and confirm or retract this story.

Even for a white supremist, 70% seems high. Was this written by a skinhead modern day Joseph Goebbels wannabe?

It's a hoax.

There is no Dr. Richard Johnson affiliatted with the U of M Medical Center. It might be a good idea for you and your buddy to do a bit of basic research before posting any crackpot thing that supports your view -- isn't this exactly what you accuse the the left and environmentalists of doing?

That's what I was going to say. My mom sent me this in our email. It looks pretty legit, but after further investigation, I found it not to be the real deal.

Wake up people, my story may not be written by a doctor, but yes, it's the truth and I hope some of you notice that. Cat

Frank R,
Did you read the Snopes article? It clearly says that the Doctor who the story was attributed to does exist, and disavows the story being written by him. So he does exist. He didn't write the story, he received it and forwarded it to others and that's how his signature line was attached.
