i feel his pain

I heard this story on the news yesterday, and I empathized sincerely with the man. I've never shot a car, although I have wanted to, but I DID execute a barbecue grill once upon a time.

The bastard deserved to die.

Sometimes, a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.

I feel like doing that to traffic lights that aren't timed correctly.

I've never shot my car, but I have kicked it and put a dent in the fender.

Executed the BBQ? What was the steak tough?

Seems to me you should have shot the butcher!

Aw hell, I've killed many, many "things" like that, including a pickup, but I beat 'em all to death. So much more personal and satisfying than a gun...
My list includes, but is not limited to:

Remote controls- Don't wanna work? Fine. *whiz, bang against the wall* There. NOW I know why, bitch.

Can openers- If you cannot do the one thing you were put on this earth to do, you DIE.

Screen doors- Close on my foot, will ya? *RRRIIIP* right offa the hinges. Now, bite my leg again, asshole.

Cordless phones- My personal version of "stoning the messenger", more or less.

VCRs- Eat my tape? Eat my Pusser Club... *whack bam boom* Last one I killed, I had to dismantle to get my Monkees tape out of, piece of shit.
That was aboooout... hmmm... two weeks ago, too.

I think I also killed a coffeepot once, but I can't remember why...

Insanity, I believe.

(Eric remembers the coffeepot incident. He said it leaked all over the place insteada just making coffee, so I took it outside and punted it around the yard a few times... *lmao*)

There's only a few small items I've put out of misery, but my favored method is to calmly carry it out to the concrete pavement, take my 20 lb sledgehammer up in a high overhead swing, and WHAMMO!!

The last computer mouse that failed me for the n-th time met its demise in that manner.

Akai VCR laid to rest with 3 rounds of 00 buck.

Immense satisfaction.

Know a fella who terminated an ATM machine with a .44 Mag. Bad experience with bank in question. 40 Yards with Ruger Super Blackhawk (10.5" barrel) from driver's seat. Most satisfying outcome. Other details sketchy. Has the statute of limitations run yet?

My riding lawn mower and weed wacker could meet death everytime I go to use them. Won't start? Fine, get me my gun!
