i don't own any guns

Nope. I don't have any guns in my house. I don't WANT a gun, because they are dangerous things and they frighten me. Guns kill people. Everybody knows that fact.

That's why this kind of stuff doesn't bother me. Since I don't own any guns, I'm kinda like a non-smoker watching the smoke-Gestapo at work. Who cares what they do? It doesn't affect me.

As long as it doesn't affect ME, the government can do what it wants to. That's how they get away with their bullshit.

You're right, Acidman. It was the gun that murdered those people in the Atlanta courthouse--not a person. The police are letting that horrible gun get away while they are chasing that man who just happened to hold it in his hand. The gun was decribed as as being black and capable of going off half-cocked. Lock your doors.

I own guns.. Two .45's a 12 gauge, a 9MM (yeah, I know, a euro pellet, Kim) an AK-47 clone and a 22 for plinking. They kill people on a daily basis......
Wait, no they don't.... but if my hand's on 'em when they do, I'll know to sue the manufacturer. Maybe I can become a millionare!

But if guns are only made for killing people, and if yours haven't killed anyone yet, can't you just sue the manufacturers for making defective products and get rich now??

I just gave away all my guns after reading this. I'm convinced, they are bad and might get me in trouble with my gubmint one day. No, sir, Mr. Officer, nothing to see here. Move on to the next sucka.

I don't have any guns, either.

What's worse is, before it killed all those people, that gun was a trusted employee of the Fulton County Sheriff's Department. Why on earth would the officials entrusted with our safety employ such bloodthirsty killers?

The change in thinking among Americans in our lifetime has been catastrophic. Once upon a time we considered a violation of a citizen's rights to be an attack on the rights of all. Now we ignore it, or even approve, so long as our rice bowl isn't smashed.

That attitude has led to a political enviroment that is a war of all against all. That kind of disunity enslaves the citizens to the governing classes.
