bore blogging

* I bought some allegedly perma-pressed shirts that came out of the dryer wrinkled. That pisses me off.

* I watched a guy painting a piece of pipe with a paintbrush today. He was really concentrating on that job. If I ever was sentenced to live my life doing anything that boring, I would jump off a tall bridge.

* The company sent out a computer tutorial program on the network for managers. I signed up for Excel. I tried to do the tutorial today. I couldn't even get into the tutorial. I was required to download something. I couldn't figure out how to download whatever it was. I tried, and I crashed my computer. I HATE computers. I also hate Excel now. I went outside the watch the guy with the paintbrush after that. What he was doing made sense to me.

* I am an idiot, but I'm not bad with a paintbrush.

* The "Old Man on the Mountain" fell off his perch in New Hampshire yesterday. Ask people in Harlan County, Kentucky about "Niggerhead Rock." I didn't name it, but I'm telling you where it is. I've seen it, and it's just as impressive as the Old Man, only more so. It looks just like Muhammed Ali with his mouth open hanging right off the peak of that mountain of rock. The last time I was there, I ate a hamburger at "The Niggerhead Cafe" at the bottom of the hill. But that was 25 years ago.

I'll bet the that rock is still there, but it's called something else today.

Excel saves my ass daily, but I'd rather be painting...

Lenny, frankly I expected a higher caliber cussing out from a sailor. pee-pee?

But I'm gone, but we can remember the good times we had. Remember how you didn't know anything about Cuba policy? or Clinton's record combatting terrorism?

You were actually more trainable that Paul, I mean Sparky at Sgt. Stroker. I got banned for saying GHWB sent troops to Somalia! Is that ahistorical or what? And after all this, you know how many blog entries you rated? One each.

Don't worry Acidman, I won't be back. Your posts are a little below my skill level.

It's not like there's not an infinite number of rightard blogs to mock, after all.

Actually, the Old Man slid off the mountain on Saturday - but that doesn't make it any more interesting. Carry on.

Acidman, you went back out to watch the guy paint? That had me laughing out loud here at work. Thanks for the bore-blog entry.
