late quote of the day

"I made fun of Cindy Sheehan, calling her "Joan of Crawford," and I insinuated very strongly that she was having a ball with her son's death. And I think she was. But I think she's a special type of soulless parasite; a true worm of a person. Like a rat that feeds on corpses."steve h..

That guy can write.

He says he can cook, too, but I'll believe that when he proves it at a blog-meet. Make me some biscuits, boy! And be quick about it!

That's unfair to corpse-eating rats, don't you think? They're just doing their jobs as scavengers. It's nothing personal.

But it takes a special kind of evil to pimp out your own son's dead body to the kind of people he wouldn't have honored by spitting on in life.

Speaking of: "The Bell Curve."
Co-author Charles Murray will be appearing June 25 (at 7:30 pm) on Book TV. He will be promoting his new book: In Our Hands: A Plan To Replace The Welfare State.
I'm sure Rob will not want to miss this one!!!

Rob,

Where are you today. I hear your old company was just bought out. Is someone offering you your old job back?

I already know your answer, but if I got your dander up, let it fly.
