October 24, 2003new scheduleI'll be blogging when I feel like it for a while. On some days, I won't be blogging at all. I am backing away, slowy. I am going to stop altogether on Monday, when I head to Blood Mountain. I'll throw some posts up when I get back, but this place is never going to be what it once was. My life changed a great deal in the past week. I'm ready to start my novel, but I believe that I'll throw off a few magazine feature articles and a couple of short stories in the meantime, while I try to write 500 decent words per day on the book. I've always wanted to write for MONEY, and now's my chance. I am going to take it. If I don't do it now, I never will. I believe that I am good enough. I'm looking through the Writer's Market for literary agents who might deal with me, but I'm not worried about finding one. I am a prolific writer. If I go about my plan the right way, one of them will find ME. I am going to go for it. Comments

(nyah nyah nyah) And, as with Kim, I do hope to have the opportunity to buy that First Edition (singed, of course). I'm looking forward to it. Sincere congratulations, Jim Seigler I'll miss ya, but I'll survive. Glad you decided to go ahead and write, I think that's best for you, grab and idea and go!
