August 22, 2003DiversityEveryone knows that I am a racist, a misogynistand a red-necked Cracker. If you don't know those facts about me, you don't read some of the email I receive. (Of course, with all the virus crap running around lately, EVEN I DON'T READ ALL THE EMAIL I RECEIVE anymore!) I checked my blogroll and realized that, as far as I know anyway, DC thornton and bleeding brain are the only blogs I have on the roll that are operated by people with darker complexions than mine, now that I have my Bronze God summer suntan. I am ashamed of myself, because I am a firm believer in "Diversity" (ALL HAIL DIVERSITY!). I firmly believe that "diversity" is a leftist code-word for "special treatment" for the luckily chosen victims of our non-diverse society. I think that idea sucks. I'm going to link to baldilocks because she's just getting started and she writes well. I've known the writer for a while through emails and comments and I never knew that she had a darker complexion than mine until she told me about three months into our correspondence. She doesn't "write black." I suggest you go visit and welcome her to the blogosphere. I think I got her cherry in the comments, so you're too late for that. But you CAN tell her that she was an ugly baby if that's HER picture on the page. I didn't do that. At least not yet, anyway. I ran across hi. I'm black totally by accident. I was performing lifeguard duty, trying to rescue a small fish attempting to swim upstream against a swift current and many obstacles, when I fell into The Real Glenn's site. I like the guy. He looks just like Mr. T. He's on the wrong side of the blog war, but lots of people fall for the charm of frank j. when he disguises himself as a human and stops acting like a monkey. He doesn't do that very often, but that fact just adds to his effectiveness. (Now you know which side of the war I am on.) Those two blogs go on the blogroll tonight. You should go read them. You seem to want to have a powerful enemy... Posted by: Frank J. on August 22, 2003 04:51 PMHi Acidman, Don't risk getting skin cancer in your attempts to gain the classical brown beauty that I naturally embody. The pale-skinned variety of the human race yearn to tint their hides with the brown color that represents health and vigor but alas...the closest they can get is the hue of a blistered tomato. Tomatoes add to the diversity as well as other vegetables and fruits. Welcome Acidman to the Association of Diverse and Varied People Types.
