Naw we're a nation of meowing pussies. Cats aside, some things come with the job and are part and parcel of what you get when you choose your occupation. That's what they have workman's comp for so if you are injured, they fix what was injured and noone sues noone. EMS people should expect blood, guts, and gore as part of their job. Military should expect they might become a POW if they are in a war. Only greedy lawyers and our litigious society encourage suing for everything and taking no responsibility for getting in whatever mess one is in. I'm not particularly fond of warnings on everything like you are not smart enough to figure out that if you stick an attorney head first in a bucket of water, they may drown without needing a label warning you of that possibility.
